How are the newsletters delivered?
Each monthly & quarterly newsletter is provided in PDF format for you to distribute to your clients and prospects. This way you maintain total control of your client information. You can distribute the newsletter via email, or print as many hard copies as needed to distribute via U.S. mail or in person.
Can the newsletters be customized?
Yes. Advent will customize the imprint area to your specifications to help enhance your image with clients & prospects. When you distribute the newsletter feel free to attach a note with your comments on one of the articles – to give it your personal touch.
Can the Advent newsletter system help to grow our business?
Yes. Each month, along with your newsletter, we will also provide the corresponding “Newsletter Teasers” in plain text format. A teaser is a brief introduction to each article of the newsletter for that issue. We encourage all our newsletter customers to place the teasers on their web site – preferably in a prominent place. Visitors to your web site (Prospects) are prompted by the teasers to contact you to receive your newsletter. When they contact you it is a golden opportunity to discuss the newsletter – as well as their current benefit needs.
Are there any restriction placed on the usage of the newsletters?
Yes. We do not permit any of our newsletter customers to make the newsletter accessible via any public web page. However, you can receive permission from Advent to make the newsletter accessible via a password protected page of your company web site.
